Warranty Information

 

Your Adagio® hair tools have been manufactured to the highest quality standards. When used properly, they will provide effective and reliable results. Adagio® backs a tools with a one year warranty covering any breakage, failure to heat, or other malfunction due to design or manufacturing detect. This warranty does not apply to problems which are the result of misuse or normal wear and tear.

Instructions on filing a warranty claim:

If you purchased your hair tool from www.adagiocalifornia.com, visit our portal here, enter the email you used for your purchase and your order number. Once logged in click "File Warranty Claim" on the desired product.

If purchased from a third-party website, register your product first, then file a warranty claim for replacement.

When filing a claim you'll be asked to:

Upload a video or image clearly showing the entire product, including the ADAGIO® logo and the electrical plug. Do not dispose of the damaged tool until the warranty claim is approved or denied. If no visible damage is shown in image/video upload, our service team may request an image or video of the product with the cord cut. Do NOT cut the cord unless instructed.

You will need the following information to complete registration:

  • Purchase Location
  • Purchase Date
  • Receipt: Only one image upload is allowed. Ensure it shows the product name, date of purchase, and purchase location.
Submitting an incomplete registration may void your warranty and result in claim denial.

If your hair tool has malfunctioned within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, please redeem your warranty via Internet Upload and notate this on the notes form, and provide a picture of the product. Our customer service team will then reach out to you and request proof of purchase. Once this proof of purchase is received and reviewed by our customer service team, the service fee will be waived.

If your hair tool has malfunctioned more than thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase, you may redeem your warranty online via Internet Upload.

Please file only one (1) claim per hair tool. Warranty purchases that are invalid or fraudulent will NOT be processed or refunded.

All warranty items are shipped WITHOUT a box. If your original product has been discontinued, we will replace your item with a newer model (if available) or a newer item.

Warranty orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address can be reshipped at the customer's expense, otherwise, the warranty order will be voided.

Adagio California cannot guarantee the quality of products sold by unauthorized retailers, including unauthorized sellers on eBay, Mercari, Overstock.com, etc. and thus we are unable to offer warranty coverage for items purchased through said retailers. Please contact us prior to purchasing an Adagio California product from a third-party website in order to verify the retailer as an authorized or unauthorized retailer.  This communication is to serve as notice to our customers, partners, and trusted retailers that we are aware of the presence of counterfeit Adagio California products or unauthorized retailers and are actively working to address this issue.

Warranty service fees are non-refundable.
